School leaves a gap. We cover it.

Business programs teach theory. They don't teach how to read a benefits package, negotiate a starting salary by city, or ask the right questions in your first performance review.

FinPro started when a group of finance and HR professionals compared notes on what tripped them up in years one through three — and decided to hand those notes to the next cohort directly.
