— Pre-Employment Program

The moves that matter before day one.

Launch Track covers offer evaluation, salary negotiation by city and role, and benefits comprehension — the decisions most graduates face without a single practice run.

/ What you'll cover

Specific skills, not general advice.

Four modules walk you through reading an offer letter, benchmarking salary by city and role, parsing a 401k match, and building a written first-year financial plan you keep.

You graduate with a document, not a certificate — a first-year plan calibrated to your actual starting income, city, and industry.

• Your mentor match

Four sessions with someone who's done it.

Each student is paired with a working professional in a relevant field — four 1:1 sessions over eight weeks, focused on your specific offer, your actual city, and the unwritten rules of your target industry.

Mentors are matched by field and geography. They are not coaches — they are practitioners who remember exactly what they got wrong in year one.

Eight weeks from offer letter to first-year plan.

Launch Track is open to final-year undergraduates and graduates within three years of completing their degree. Enrollment takes five minutes.
